Our standard cleaning package is a regular service aimed at keeping your home clean and organized. It includes essential tasks like vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, bathroom and kitchen wiping, and bed-making. This option is perfect for maintaining a tidy home on a regular basis. If it has been more than 6 months since your last cleaning, we recommend starting with a deep clean to ensure a fresh and thorough beginning.
Deep Cleaning
Our deep clean is a thorough service covering every corner of your home. It typically takes 6-8 hours. We clean and disinfect all surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas, and perform deep cleaning for bathrooms and kitchens. Dusting, wiping, and washing baseboards are included. For an extra fee ($$ Per Item), we offer interior appliance cleaning (refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens). Perfect for a fresh start or seasonal cleaning. Move in/out
A move in/out cleaning service is designed for those who are moving into or out of a home. It includes a thorough cleaning of all areas of the home, including appliances, cabinets, and closets, as well as dusting, wiping down surfaces, and vacuuming/mopping floors. This type of cleaning is ideal for those who want to leave a clean and welcoming home for the next occupants, or for those who want to start fresh in a new space.

How Do I book my First Estimate?
To request a free estimate, click on 'Request Free Estimate' at the top of the page. Provide your location, home square footage, and service type. We'll then arrange for a team member to visit, discuss your preferences, and schedule a convenient date and time for the service.
How much do your services cost?
The cost of our services varies depending on the specific needs of each client. We tailor our pricing to accommodate the unique requirements of different homes and the type of services requested.
How should I prepare my home for the cleaning visit?
Prior to the cleaner's arrival, kindly clear away any clutter or items that may obstruct access to surfaces needing cleaning. Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher or sink. Organize and store items like food, toiletries, toys, or shoes. Ensuring that all surfaces requiring cleaning, including countertops and floors, are easily accessible will help facilitate the cleaning process.
How is the price determined?
To ensure fairness for both parties involved, we take into account several factors, such as your home's size, the type of cleaning services you desire, the presence of pets and children, the time since the last cleaning, and any additional customizations you may need. Our pricing is transparent and focused on delivering excellent value for the quality of service we provide.
Do you give a guarantee for your services?
At Sisters Cleaning Crew, we provide exceptional service with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we'll address your concerns promptly. Please use this guarantee responsibly and avoid excessive or unwarranted requests for free services.
What is your rescheduling policy?
We understand that scheduling changes may be necessary from time to time. If you need to change your cleaning date, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you have any upcoming vacations or travel plans that might affect your scheduled cleaning appointments. Our team will work with you to find a more suitable time for your cleaning.
Do I need to provide Cleaning Supplies?
Sisters Cleaning Crew Provides necessary equipment, including vacuums, mops, cleaning solutions, and cloths. However, we do ask that our customers provide running water and electricity for our equipment. Additionally, if there are specific cleaning products or equipment that you prefer to be used, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your request.
Do you offer window cleaning or carpet cleaning services?
At this time, we do not offer window or carpet cleaning services.
Which areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the following locations: Brockport, Greece, North Chili, Churchville, Penfield, Pittsford Village, Spencerport, Victor, and Webster.
Does Sisters Cleaning Crew Carry Insurance?
Yes, Sisters Cleaning Crew is fully insured. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and our insurance coverage ensures that you are protected during our cleaning services.
At what point in time do you require payment?
To ensure transparency, please note that payment is due at the time of service, and we accept Venmo, check, credit Card or cash. An 8% sales tax will be added to all services provided. If you schedule a one-time cleaning or move-in/move-out cleaning, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations, or you will lose your deposit. For payment matters, please be aware that a returned or bounced check will incur an additional fee of $25.
Do we have to be out of the property when the cleaner is here?
Many clients prefer to be out of the house or at least in a separate area to give the cleaners space to work effectively. If you plan to be home during the cleaning, you may want to discuss your expectations and any specific requests with the cleaners in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
Do you offer organization or decluttering services?
At this time, we do not offer organization or decluttering services.
